Pricing questions
How does billing work?
Billing runs through the Shopify App Store and appears on your Shopify invoice. List prices are in USD, and Shopify presents your local currency. Every plan includes a 14-day free trial, with a 15% discount when billed annually.
What counts as a device?
Each smartphone signed into the AisleOptix app counts as one device. Staff users are unlimited — devices are the only thing metered.
Can I add locations or devices later?
Yes, at each tier’s per-location and per-device rate. Starter requires upgrading to a higher tier to add a second location.
What’s included in the free trial?
You get the full features of your plan for 14 days, or 30 days on the Plus plan.
How does Enterprise pricing work?
Enterprise is a direct annual contract with volume-tiered pricing, pooled devices across the chain, custom connectors, an SLA, and implementation services. Engagements typically start with a pilot program.
